By accessing, browsing placing an order or using this website, you agree to all the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or by completing the registration process with GREENSTOCK you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. GREENSTOCK may amend without notice these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your previous use or continued use of this website or our services after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.

All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, illustrations, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights which are owned and controlled by GREENSTOCK, its related companies or by other parties that have licensed their material to GREENSTOCK. Material on this or any Web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by GREENSTOCK is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Such material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means, without the express prior written consent of GREENSTOCK. Use of the materials on any other Web site or networked computer environment, or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non commercial use is a violation of GREENSTOCK copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited.   • Flowers

As they are a seasonal and organic product. We will strive to meet your request but will have to substitute the flower type if the flowers are unavailable or deemed poor quality. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

  • Cancellation

Should you need to cancel or amend your order, please notify us as soon as possible by telephone or email, preferably a full 24 hours before the delivery date, we can then process the cancellation or amendment of your order. If order has been delivered or made up you may be fully or in part charged. Where delivery is to be made via a third party orders can be amended or cancelled up to 3 working days prior to delivery date requested. To amend or cancel your order, please contact GREENSTOCK  on +353(0)1 8210185 from 10 am to 6pm Monday to Sunday.

  • Delivery/collection

Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery or extra charges, so before placing your order, please ensure you have correctly included the full name, address details, and telephone number of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered. Special delivery conditions apply to certain locations where a third party is involved such as hotels, hospitals and businesses. In such cases, the signature of the person authorised to receive the order shall be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfillment of the order. Read more about our delivery & returns policy. Refusal to accept any delivery by the nominated recipient is at your own cost, we will not refund you either part or full payment you have made to us either cost of goods & or delivery fee. In the case of the recipient making a quality or other complaint we shall do so at our own discetion, we are not obligated to inform you or seek your permission. We are not responsible to replace any item which is not to the personal taste or meeting the expectations of the intended or actual recipient or signee. By you choosing a date where we state anywhere in our webstore or media channels that delivery or collection is unavailable, we reserve the right to deliver or make available collection on a date suitable for us.


  We do not need to inform you in advance. ie. Christmas, Valentines, Mothers Day or at any other period/date.



  • Gift messages

You must agree that any messages sent by us as a third party will not contain anything that can be construed as vulgar, abusive, harassing, racist or defamatory and that may cause upset and embarrassment to the recipient or any other person. GREENSTOCK has the right to refuse to send or display objectionable messages. Any gift or personal card accepted by us to be delivered alongside our flowers will be accepeted entirely at your own risk. We will not under any circumstances accept any liability for monetary value in the case of loss, damage or for any other reason..

  • Liability

If the flowers we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem within a day of the delivery of the product in question. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition, and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

  • Payment

We (subject to normal trading will be able to) can accept payment online by credit or debit cards. VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable. An account for EFT may be opened by corporate clients, subject to trade references and our application approval & can be ceased with out reason or notice period. Any balance due is immediately payable once product is deamed delivered/accepted. Please contact us for more information.

  • Complaints

In the event that you are not satisfied with our service any complaints should be addressed in the first instance to us without delay, Because of the perishable nature of flowers and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.

* Weddings

All payments are due a minimum of 2 weeks ahead of the wedding date, or as per special offer discount conditions set out. Any late changes can incur extra costs to you. Delivery & collection information is your resposibility and we cannot be held liable for any oversight or error on your part, we alway recommend delivery/collection of product on the actual event date. Once deemed by us accepted/delivered your are entirely responsible for product condition. We do our very best to interpret the agreed brief, however as flowers are a fresh natural product it may be necessary to substitute without your agreement where timings & circumstances may cause us to change your floral designs. We of course do our best to consult you in this event where we deem it possible. It may be necessary for us to make changes to the agreed placement of product at venues as we see fit. If there are any health & safety concerns by ourselves or an associate at your chosen venues, it may not be possible to advise you given the timings circumstances etc. It is entirely your responsibility to check any details of the brief we send you. The latest version of the floral brief in our posession, can be based on conversations in person or by phone so this may supercede any previous sent by email. It is your responsibility to request an emailed and updated brief from us in this case.


Online or store purchased vouchers can only be used for payment of Greenstock goods & services, no cash will be given as change. Proof of identy & or signature may be required.
