Delivery policy


Delivery charges are as set out in our webstore for the Dublin area

Where an order contains items from a mix of categories, then the highest delivery charge applies once.

Delivery address details

Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure you have correctly included the full name, address details and daytime telephone number of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered. Special delivery conditions apply to certain locations where a third party is involved such as hotels, hospitals and businesses, where it may not be possible to deliver direct to the recipient.

If the intended recipient is not at the delivery address we will…

  1. Attempt to call them to see if they would like us to leave them somewhere convenient like a neighbour and we will leave a note to say as much in the letter box.
  2. Failing that or failing finding any friendly neighbours we will attempt to make contact with the sender to update them.
  3. Failing all that we will bring the delivery back to our store and await your instruction.

Please note that not all hospitals can take delivery of flowers but most do. If you wish to send flowers to a hospital, you should please telephone in advance to check they can do this.


All Floral products are subject to seasonality & availability. In the event of supply issues, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

Greenstock Florist delivers flowers to the Dublin area including D1, D2, D4, D5, D6, D6W, D7, D8, D9, D10, D11, D12, D13, D14, D15, D16, D17, D18, D20, D22, D24 and Meath, Kildare & Wicklow through our own courier systems and delivery prices are based on this. Our flower delivery service is not available on Sundays & most public holidays (except Valentines day, Mother’s Day), Annual exceptions during Christmas period & on some local public holidays.

Personal messages

You must agree that any messages sent by us as a third party will not contain anything that can be construed as vulgar, abusive, harassing, racist or defamatory and that may cause upset and embarrassment to the recipient or any other person. GREENSTOCK has the right to refuse to send or display objectionable messages.

Returns policy

We hope you will be delighted with your GREENSTOCK Flower products. However, if you are not happy with your goods then you should notify us within 24 hours of receipt and we would need the goods returned within 7 working days, if the goods are flowers and delivered in the Dublin area we will attempt to collect the goods ourselves. The goods must be as delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. Products should be returned in the same condition as when they arrived with the original packaging intact and tags attached. Please take care when unpacking & repacking. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please also note that you are responsible for taking all to care to ensure the items are received in good condition and not damaged in transit.
If the goods are not floral, it is recommended that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. Refunds will not be made to any third party.

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. We will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. Post and packaging costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty. In the event of the goods being faulty we will cover all costs for postage and either refund or exchange the goods.



If the flowers we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem within 24 hours of the delivery of the products in question.

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition, and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation.

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Cancellation or Amendments

Should you need to cancel or amend your order, please notify us as soon as possible by telephone on +(353) 1 8210185, preferably 24 hours before the delivery date, we can then process the cancellation or amendment of your order. If order has been delivered or made up you may be fully or in part charged.

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time & any changes will supercede any previous stated.
